Volume Mad Dog 4 Piece Bar
Wow. These bars were indestructible until
they got completely hammered. I was riding around in my skatepark,
when all of a sudden, a fairly high stiff air popped me a little
far away from the coping, and i was doomed to land flat. I ditched
my bike and watched as it crashed on the right side of my fairly
new Volume Bars. As you can see in my photo, the side with the
brake lever is bent downawrds a little bit. They are still rideable,
but once you get the feel of a certain set of bars, you notice
any small changes. Volume created a masterpiece called the Mad
Dogs. They were almost a complete clone of the S&M Castillos.
They tried to use the same techniques at building them, the same
angles, same materials, but not the same company name. If you
want to grab a set of bars that won't last 20 years like all
the S&M Bars, but want a set that will take an enormous amount
of beating, save some coin and grab a set of Volume Mad Dog.
