Dia-Compe Tech 77 Lever

The Tech 77 lever. I don't even know why I'm doing a review on this. Everyone has heard about it, it's been around for 10 or so years, it works, its awesome, the works. You might clue in that it's awesome because it hasn't changed in 10 years. It has a hinge system so you can toss it on your bars without taking your grips off. very smart. It also has a really soft metal on the lever part so you can bend it 180 degrees if you really want. It has good leverage, and it looks nice. Always a bonus. You can cut the lever, bend the lever, paint the lever, tape the lever. Maybe this is why everyone likes it. Never in my life have I seen two bends the same. It is made on however you want it. This lever is very versatile. I actually run a left lever on my right side and I like it like that. I can run a poor mans modulever, and the dragonfly cables work perfectly with this lever. It could maybe go for a lower profile like the Dragonfly DOHC lever, and perhaps shave a little weight, but that's it. Pretty much every pro runs this lever, and so should you. 9/10
